Resilience_Tech Bydgoszcz 2026 – Technologies for National Resilience and Security Systems [CONFERENCE]

On 9 April 2026, the city of Bydgoszcz will host the Resilience_Tech Bydgoszcz 2026 conference – an expert forum dedicated to the role of modern technologies in strengthening national resilience and security systems. The event, organised by the Digital Poland Association, will bring together representatives of public administration, uniformed services, armed forces, critical infrastructure operators and the technology sector to discuss how to enhance the state’s ability to respond to contemporary threats.

In the face of the growing number of hybrid, cyber and infrastructure-related threats, strengthening a country’s capacity to respond to crisis situations and ensuring the continuity of essential public services is becoming increasingly important. During the conference, experts will discuss how to prepare public institutions for real crisis scenarios, what role technology plays in security management, and how cooperation between public administration and the private sector can be further developed.

Experiences from recent years show that effective protection of critical infrastructure requires not only appropriate regulations and investments, but also close cooperation with the technology sector, which provides solutions used in cybersecurity systems, crisis communication and incident management. The conference will create a platform for exchanging experiences and discussing practical solutions that support national security.

The choice of Bydgoszcz as the venue is no coincidence. The city plays an important role in the national and allied security architecture and is a significant point on the map of NATO-related structures.

The conference programme will include expert debates as well as presentations of technological solutions developed by companies cooperating with institutions responsible for national security.

The conference is held under the honorary patronage of the Minister of National Defence, the Ministry of Digital Affairs, Mayor of Bydgoszcz, Rafał Bruski, and the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivode, Michał Sztybel. Event partners include Euvic Solutions S.A., AMD, Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Google, IS-Wireless and Infonet-Projekt. Media partners include TVP Info, TVP3 Bydgoszcz and Polish Radio PiK.
